During that time we have produced a range of live events and conferences for them while they faced some difficult challenges over how to grow their business in a market where their professional trade customers have suffered through the economic downturn.
Through these events, we have brought a range of messages to life – from the importance of listening to and understanding customers’ needs, to the importance of selling solutions rather than products.
